The hallmark of this project is its kitchen with a fresh new layout that is more open, efficient, and now offers additional seating.

I was responsible for designing the updated layout in addition to selecting all finishes and fixtures; to include brand new cabinetry in kitchen & baths, flooring, paint (interior and exterior), lighting fixtures (interior and exterior), hardware, plumbing fixtures and tile.

This project was completed for a local real estate investor.
